Backup terminated

I getting a read problem, which terminates my backup. I know which tablespace it is having a problem with, but how can I tell which logical volumn? Is there a AIX command to check a logical volumn for problems?
I have added a section of the db2diag.log when the failure occurs.

Is this DIAGLEVEL 4? I believe it should spit out a path at that level.
