DB2 8.1 Connect => DB2 7.1 UDB ZOS
By any chance does anyone know if DB2 8.1 Connect works properly with DB2 7.1 UDB for ZOS or is DB2 7.2 Connect required? Many thanks.

Yes, it does work, we are using it now. We are on DB2 Connect 8.1.5 connecting to DB2 for zOS v 7.1 with no issues. We've been working closely with IBM on the .Net funtionality of Connect V8, and compatibility has never been an issue.
