My collegue and my try to operate apply program on WIN2000,UDB8.1 with fix 1.
All time we can see error when we start apply:
2004-07-15-12.31.28.250000 ASN0540E "Apply" : "ATF0005" : The program was not a
ble to execute the autobind operation successfully on package "asnmsgt.bnd" from
the file "C:\SQLLIB\BND\asnmsgt.bnd". The SQLSTATE "-551" was returned.

Why don't you try to install some fixpacks for db2v8?
