loads receiving sqlowque ffff 3ef6

Help,
Has anybody seen this before?
While running backups, getting error -1024 in application, In db2diag.log
error msg is
2004-07-17-23.10.19.180000 Instance

B2 Node:000..PID:402971 ( ) TID:1 Appid:*LOCAL.DB2.04071

Error returned from SQLOWQUE: 3ef6 ffff

Any help would be appreciated
