Do you need to put RTC to get these drives OR they are available seperate for install ?

You can just use the zip/jar file, but I don't think you can download them outside of the install. Once you've installed it once, though, you can redistribute without installing the client.

(Unless you're using the legacy CLI driver... then you need the RT client)
