error in creating procedure

Getting this error while compiling the procedure while compiling the procedure

SQL0930 There is not enough storage available to process the statement.
No bind file created.

In the db2diag.log file.

finding DIA3605C Memory allocation failure bufferpool service.

db2 ver 7.2
os aix 5.1
