Error message when I start Control Center

I installed Windows 2000 Advanced Server, DB2 V8.1 FixPac 5 and Personal Communications V5.7 on my server. When I start DB2 Control Center, I get an error message: javaw.exe - entry point not found. Procedure entry point Well could not be located in dynamic link library MILLUTIL.DLL. When I click OK on the message, the Control Center comes up. Can someone tell me what is happening?? Thanks
