Can anyone help. I have checked through the archives and had the same problems as everyone else with installing db2 on linux. I'm signed on as db2inst1 and have changed the dbm cfg to use my jdk_path. I've also sorted the XHOST problem. However now when I run db2cc I get the error: SQL3021N: The user does not have the authority to run the specified import command on table DB2SYSTEM.

The user is part of the DB2GRP1 which I have set against the dbm parameters SYSADM_GROUP, SYSCTRL_GROUP, SYSMAINT_GROUP and SYSMON_GROUP.

I can run the db2dc command for the development centre.

I can find no reference as to why the db2inst1 user doesnt have permission to run the db2cc. Can anyone help?
