Db2 Connect persenal edition

Hi

I have Configured Db2 Connect Personal edition to connect to Db2 UDB
But I could not Configure ODBC Driver for DB2 Connect.IT Gives TCP/IP Protocol specific error code 10061 and SQLSTATE = 08001.
Is it posible to do this with personal edition.Do i have to use the enterprice edition.Where can i get it.
Please help me
