db2look command not found???

Hi,

I am using windows 2000 udb version 7.

At CLP command typed

DB2=>DB2LOOK ?

Get a mesg saying that it is not a valid command. ALSO

DB2=>?

Does not show this command??

Any help?? Should I use a specific client installed?

Submit it from the DB2 Command Window, not the DB2 Command Line Processor.

Marcus_A,

I executed the from db2 command window as well

Test1
c:\progra~1\sqllib\bin>db2look ?
Get msg like 'db2look ' is not recognized....

Test2
c:\progra~1\sqllib\bin>db2 db2look ?
Get msg like DB21034E The command processed as an SQL statement becuase it was not valid CLP command....

Any help would be much appreciated

Go to search/find files in Windows and look for db2look.exe

It should be in \Program Files\SQLLIB\bin (depends on where you asked for DB2 to be installed).

Well... There is no file db2look.exe(:-

How do I install this??? I think here they have installed the 60 day or 90 day trial version of LAN version of udb version 7. Is db2look.exe part of administrative client???
