DB2 V8.1 on Suse 9.1 Fixpack 6 or 7 Cumulative

Hello!

I´ve a question. Are the Fixpacks culmulative or must I install fixpack 1 then fixpack 2 ... to 6?

And on the IBM FTP server I see a fixpack 7. But this fixpack is not linked on IBM´s site. A Beta?

Fixpacks are cumulative, so you only need the latest.

As far as FP7, from what i have been able to figure out, it is not official yet, so I would be very hesitant to use it.

Fixpacks are 'usually' cumulative ... You may have some exceptions ...

so, it is always best to read the Readme file that comes with the Fixpack ...
