newbie question

Hello,
I am new to DB2 and have a quick question. We installed DB2 8.1 Universal for Iseries(v5r3m0) and when I run the script to create the sample database I get the following error:

SQL State 38101
Vendor code: -443

Has anyone encountered this and know how to resolve?
