SQL1131N DARI (Stored Procedure) process has been terminated abnormally

SQL1131N DARI (Stored Procedure) process has been terminated abnormally.

Got this error when calling a store procedure.
I read from the article that it may be caused by DB2ROUTINE_DEBUG set to ON. Tried issuing 'db2set DB2ROUTINE_DEBUG -all' to get the current setting but got nothing returned. Is this command correct? What is the default value of this parameter?

Any suggestions how to resolve this error would be appreciated.
