Outdated Include files?

The first link is from an ibm db2 reference page.

The second is the official IBM DB2 Command reference, v 7.2

(PAGE 248)

Both links contain a table called: Valid file type modifiers for export: DEL (delimited ASCII) file format.

However these tables are inconsistant. The table on the first link contains a modifier called timestampformat and nochardel, which are very important to me. The second link does not

Why are these docs inconsistant. Is the first link documentation for more recent api. How do obtain this api?
