SQL in a CL

I am working with an AS400 and am trying to create a CL with an SQL update statement in it.

I believe this is correct RUNSQLSTM but then I receive errors with the rest of the statement. Can someone please advise?

I am new to SQL so be patient if this is a stupid question for the experts.
