Can we call UDB (Version 8.01.005 ) stored procedures from access

Hi,
Can we call UDB (Version 8.01.005 ) stored procedures from access using access pass through query. The query works when I call a procedure which does not take any parameter.

for e.g call udbadm.testproc()

But it does not work when I pass some parameter to it.

call udbadm.testproc('2003/04/05')

could any one help me.
