connection problem from client through gateway

I am using db2 server v8 solaris and db2 client v8 solaris , I was able to connect to
mainframe from the gateway and bind the packages.
when I am trying to connect to mainframe from the ver 8 client , I get this
error
SQL1331N The CPIC security type "SQL_CPIC_SECURIT_PROGRAM" is not valid.

Authentication at the client and the gateway are SERVER.

This problem has been solved, this is open APAR JR19152 for ver8 till fixpack 5.

The local fix is to explicitly catalog the node with authentication clause.
