Comparison of contents in two tables.

Hi All.

I need the comparison queries for the following environment:

Queries for DB2 for OS/390.

Kindly provide me the solutions to compare the following:-

Compare two different table structures
Compare the records and/or contents in the tables.
Eliminating duplicates by comparing two different tables.

And also, the solution to get the count of rows?
