db2 connect and binding

I need to bind ddcsmvs.lst packages to the mainframe.

The information that I have connectivity are

LPAR:Pxx/Pyy
subsystem :XXXX
and LID=LLLLLLLL

I am able to connect to mainframe. Now my question is that, I am connecting to one database , but I am seeing 2 LPAR.Is there any difference when you have 2 LPAR. or should I take some specific steps.
