installation DB2 UDB 8.1 in redhat 9 in VMware Workstation4

Hi,
Canybody help me in installing DB2 UDB 8.1 in RedHat LINUX 9.1 and i installed Linux in VMware Workstation 4 and installed DB2 UDB 8.1 in that but when i try to start the database it says " heap memory is not sufficent and it says to change maxagents"
