Rebind / Bind packages problem

Hi,
I am new to DB2 administration. So, please bear with my request.
"rebind the packages on the X database, that are bound by 'TEST'. They should be bound to owner 'A' or 'db2inst1'"

I would appreciate if anyone can let me know what's the procedure to accomplish this.
