-553 on visual explain

I'm getting a -553 when connecting to visual explain.
"-553 auth-id SPECIFIED IS NOT ONE OF THE VALID AUTHORIZATION IDS"
do any of you gurus out there know how to fix this problem ??
I don't have a problem connecting to QMF(windows).

Did you create the explain tables? Run the sqllib/misc/EXPLAIN.ddl script.
