Unhappy What? happened? (enable_MQFunctions internal error)

Hi All,
I'm installed DB2 8.2 Exp + MQ Exp (CSD04) + MQ AMI (under WinXP)
And, I tried do following:
---
C:\IBM\DB2EXP\BIN>enable_MQFunctions -n sample -u db2admin -p db2admin
Internal error: sqloinstancepath() error!

*** Please allow a few seconds to clean up the system ......
---
But error occured... What's happened?

Any ideas?

instance path

seen this error before
have a check at instance path or if stored procedure is being used that fenced user has access to directories where output is written...
