Hi,

I have a process that kick-off 6 processes to run concurrently. However 3 of them 'die' prematurely with the following error: -

Warehouse Center Message: -
DWC06106E Repeated calls to the socket function connect() failed. The message could not be sent. Destination host: "dwabd". Destination port: "11111". Connections attempted: "15". This may mean that the partner process is not loaded or is not listening on the assumed port.

System Error: -
DWC10061E WSAECONNREFUSED The attempt to connect was forcefully rejected.

Is the above error is due to resource contentions?
