I'm trying to load a table using DSNUTILB.

Its giving the following error

"USER xxxxxxx NOT AUTHORIZED FOR LOAD UTILITY ON DATABASE yyyyyyy "

I never had a problem before. Suddenly i'm getting this problem.
How can i get my id authorized to load data into the database.

GRANT LOAD ON DATABASE xxxxxxxx TO authorization-name;

This must be done by someone who is authorized to grant you access.

Alternatively, you can be granted DBADM or other adminstrative authority that includes LOAD authority.
