Hi

I'm having Problem with Content Manager V8 on client
on one of the

The installation includes

1. W2k Server with SP 4.
2. DB2 v8.1 with Fix Pack2
3. WebSphere Application Server 5.02
4. Content Manager v8.2


The system was working fine till last week. But today, When I'm trying to search a particular document from an Item Type, I am receiving the following error

" There was a problem in opening the document. Unable to open the selected image"

SO I tried to check the resource manager connection in Admin Client

When I click the RMDB icon to see the connection, I'm receiving the following error

"DGL5164A - Response from Reource Manager with an Error: Internal Server Error"

Can You please advise what's going wrong with the set up

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I am getting the exact same problem from my 8.x resource manager connection attempt..
