No start database manager command was issued

I am installing DB2 UDB on Win2K for eval. During the install, I get 2 messages that the server cannot be started. Any ideas? Here are some log entries from db2.log.

1: Creating/migrating DB2 instances:.......Success
1: Configuring Remote Command Service:.......Success
1: Building list of databases to create:.......Success
1: Registering DB2 licenses:.......Success
1: Installing DB2 performance counters:.......Success
1: ERROR:12-07-2004 09:08:51 0 0 SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019

1: ERROR:An error occurred while trying to start the "DB2" instance. The return
code is "4" and the SQL Message is: "PROCESS_ERROR

1: ERRORQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019

1: ERROR:An error occurred while configuring the database "TOOLSDB".

1: ERROR:12-07-2004 09:09:42 0 0 SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019

1: ERROR:An error occurred while trying to start the "DB2CTLSV" instance. The
return code is "4" and the SQL Message is: "PROCESS_ERROR

1: ERRORQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019

1: ERROR:An error occurred while configuring the database "SATCTLDB".

1: Creating DB2 databases:.......Failure
1: Configuring the DB2 Administration Server:.......Success
1: Updating global profile registry:.......Success
1: ERRORQL1031N The database directory cannot be found on the indicated file system.
SQLSTATE=58031

1: ERROR:An error occurred while running the command "D:\Program
Files\IBM\SQLLIB\bin\db2.exe CREATE TOOLS CATALOG SYSTOOLS USE EXISTING
DATABASE TOOLSDB FORCE" to initialize and/or migrate the DB2 tools catalog
database. The return value is "4".

1: Creating DB2 tools catalog:.......Failure
1: The satellite control database "SATCTLDB" is invalid. Please specify a valid
database that will used as the satellite control database.

1: Configuring the satellite control database:.......Failure
1: Starting all DB2 services:.......Success

Now that it's installed, can you open a Command Window and issue "db2start"? You should get a more descriptive error... might be something in the db2diag.log as well.
