I am new to DB2 database. I have an application running on DB2 database and i encountered the following error.

PID:2408(db2syscs.exe) TID:2896 Appid102A9NM.BC33993A5936
relation data serv sqlrr_dump_ffdc Probe:10 Database:OTPS/HOWARD

ADM0001C A severe error has occurred. Examine the administration
notification
log and contact IBM Support if necessary.

I am unable to understand the meaning and root of this error. I tried to find the solution in IBM's site also but was unable to get any information about it. Any help will be highly appreciated.

What does the db2inst1(or INSTANCENAME).nfy file say? It is in the same directory as the db2diag.log . db2 posts information in db2diag.log and also in
INSTANCENAME.nfy ; go to your db2diag.log directory and look in the nfy file.

I tried to find the .nfy file but couldnt find it. Moreover I found certain interesting things abt my error code. My error code is as follows:

On interprting the error code, i realized that I am getting a relational database service error at the ApplicationID: DUPAGE.S102A9NM.BC33993A5936.

Now i need to interpret this ApplicationID so that I can know where exactly the error is occuring. I have tried the commands - List Applications and Get Snapshot for all database on CLP. But still am unable to decode the application code. Can u help me as to how I can decode this ApplicationID.
