Hi

I intall the fp 7a in a windows 2000, and now, when run any graphical tool (db2cc, etc, etc), db2 show me the win java init but dont start.

Sounds familiar issue.. FP7a seems to have some issues and it is still worked upon. checkout FP6a instead, this should go through smoothly.

IBM has recommended(Toronto guys) that we don't go to FP7a, too many problems. They told us to wait until FP8

thanks... I installed the FP7a why IBM Argentina Support tell me and now don't resolved my problem... I test this FP in a development environment and work fine, but, in produccion not work.

The problem was the java folder, this folder is in used by any application and the fp not update this files (db2java.zip, etc, etc, etc). I restart the server in safe mode and run the fp.
