Migration AS/400 DB2 to Windows DB2 8.1

I’m trying to copy tables from AS/400 DB2 (V4R5) to Windows DB2 8.1 and vice versa. Can anybody give directions, what are the steps.

I have done it in AS/400 to MS SQL and vice versa using DTS, and I’m looking for the equivalent in DB2 8.1.

I’m using DB2 8.1 FP 4 on Intel/Windows.
