Hi All,

Is there a resource limit facility available in UDB DB2 for AIX operating system like the one that is in Mainframes? If not available for AIX, can anybody help me with stopping the queries automatically that exceed the processor limit other than the Query Patroller?

There is a very good resource allocation tool
called db2 Governor - which is a API that
creates a surveillance demon in AIX, based
on a user defined parameter file - look into it !

PS it is invoked with the db2gov command
