add column w/dflt value in unload/load util

We are using DB2 OS/390 v7. I am trying to unload a partitioned table (partitions currently hard coded dates) and add a partition control number to automate rolling off of old data. Does anyone know how to add a column either in the unload or load utliity? I need to unload each partition and reload with a predefined partition number.
