db2jd.exe in DB2 v7.1 fails

Hi everyone,

I'm new with this newsgroup but I have a big problem with DB2 7.1 . I've had a
problem when I used a java construct PreparedStatement because when I use for first
time it's all ok but when I use immediately,
"db2jd.exe" in the server fails, why???

Thanks for all who tell me something

Benjie

Have you checked your db2diag.log file and your system log for messages ???

BTW, it is better not to use type 3 driver as it is being phased out of db2

It would help if you provide a code snipet showing the invocation of the prepare, setting any parms, etc. Is the error occuring when you invoke the execute method. Consider upgrading to V8 - IBM no longer supports V7.
