Question How to find out FixPak info in Version 7

In Version 8 database, FixPak information can be easily found by issuing "db2level".

/home/db2t-> db2level
DB21085I Instance "db2t" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08015" with level identifier "02060106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.1.48", "s040212", "U496793", and FixPak "5".
Product is installed at "/usr/opt/db2_08_01".

How can I find out same information in Version 7? Can someone please help me interpret the result below?
Thank you.

/home/db2t---> db2level
DB21085I Instance "db2t" uses DB2 code release "SQL07026" with level
identifier "03070105" and informational tokens "DB2 v7.1.0.72", "s021110" and
"U484610".

If you go to the fixpak download webpage, you can see that U484610 is Fixpak 8.

There is a special note for people using fixpak 8:

Attention FixPak 8 customers: If you are using DB2 V7 FixPak 8, IBM recommends that you either apply a special FixPak 8 eFix or install a more recent FixPak. If you choose to stay at the FixPak 8 level, you can download the FixPak 8 eFix from the same FTP directories as the FixPak 8 packages (see below). The eFix packages are named like "special_PTFnumber.tar / .zip", depending on your platform. Please note that the FixPak 8 eFix will update your DB2 product signature:
7.1.0.75 for all 32-bit DB2 installations
7.1.1.75 for Sun, HP-UX, or AIX 4.3.3 64-bit DB2 installations
7.1.2.75 for AIX 5 64-bit DB2 installations
