steps to craete a new database
Hi,

I am using DB2 V8.1 on solaris.

1. can anyone give me exact steps in creating a database.
2. and what are the folders it will create and under which directory
3. And also what the default values it iwll take if not specified any parameters.

will appreciate quick response

Check the CREATE DATABASE command in the Command Reference manual.
