How to fix Sql error code -904

Hi!

I got abend in cobol-db2 program, the error-code was -904. The explanation is something like this.

-904 UNSUCCESSFUL EXECUTION CAUSED BY AN UNAVAILABLE RESOURCE. REASON reason-code,
TYPE OF RESOURCE resource-type,
AND RESOURCE NAME resource-name

Please provide me the action plan.

You will need the "resource type" and "resource name" to determine what is wrong. The "reason code" is usually helpful too.

To translate the codes, you need the Messages and Codes manual, avaialble for download at the IBM website.
