question about snapshot

hi
we have a very heavily loaded appşlication runing on db2 udb v7

we had a snapshot looking like that:
High water mark for connections = 463
Application connects = 243
Secondary connects total = 0
Applications connected currently = 214
Appls. executing in db manager currently = 1
Agents associated with applications = 214
Maximum agents associated with applications= 463
Maximum coordinating agents = 463

here , what does "Appls. executing in db manager currently " mean?
it should not be 1 as this application is running country wide.
what is its diffreence between "Applications connected currently "

I'd imagine that "executing" means they are currently in the middle of a UOW (ie. UOW Executing status). Can probably confirm from System Monitoring and Tuning guide.
