DB2 Administrative API for Java

HI all
I gotta DB2 C Administrative API . it's a very useful
but why doesn't IBM support Administrative API for Java ?
What can I do for using Administrative API in Java Language ?

so, Now I am trying to make a Java Wrapper API using JNI.
is that right way??

AFAIK, JNI is the option ... I do not know of any other way
