Red face How to Make "Search Discovery" work?

All,
I am running DB2 ESE 8.1 on Linux as a server and the same thing on Windows XP as a client. I also have the following setting:

DAS cfg on the server: DISCOVER = SEARCH
DBM cfg on the server: DISCOVER = SEARCH, DISCOVER_INST = ENABLE

DBM cfg on the client: DISCOVER = SEARCH, DISCOVER_INST = ENABLE

When using Configuration Assistant from XP, I can do Known Discovery (the "Known Systems" function). That means DAS is working. But when using the Search Discovery, i.e., "Other systems(Search the network)" function, it returns nothing. No DB2 system is found.
I wonder what I have missed. Please advise.
Thanks.
