Reset DBM Monitor Switch

DB2 UDB v7

When 'db2 reset monitor all' is issued, the DBM switches are not 'RESET'. How do we 'reset' the DBM counters?

Keep in mind that some monitor elements cannot be reset.

So, can we conclude that 'Last reset timestamp' in DBM snapshot (listed below) cannot have a value?
