DB2 profile registry variables.....

Hi,

If a variable like DB2COMM, is set at global level, instance level and environment level, which level value would take precedence?

Env: db2 8.2, aix 5.3

If you have set that at Global level then why will you set that at Instance level?

IF we set it at three different levels......
Normally we dont, but this was a question in one of the Db2 certification exam.

The one at the lowest level will take effect, in this case instance I suppose.
