Informix to UDB ---- URGENT

Friends ,

I have to migrate a database from Informix to UDB . I have to brief my boss
about teh problem that we see while migrating the db.

Can any one help me with a good link or document about the migration and
the real problems that you have seen in the process.

It really helps in building my carrear .

maybe the migration toolkit : have a look at
