I just upgraded to db2 udb ese 8.1.0 and everything worked. i put on fixpak 5 and started having problems with event monitor and services not starting automatically and a couple of other things.

are there any patches for fixpak 5?? if so where can i find them?? thanks.

If you donot have any limitation of the Fixpack then why donot you install Fixpack 10 onwards. You will get more features and FIX to many known bugs.

I have to stay at fixpak 5 because of restrictions with olap analyzer.

here is the error i am getting. maybe some of you have experienced this and can direct me to a solution.
