DB2 Version

Hello!

I have an IBM AS/400 I would like to know how can obtain the DB2 version. I only access to AS400 via client access for windows.

I am new in IBM environment

Typing db2level should diplay all the information.

You need to run the db2level on the server to see what version it is at. Running it on the client will tell you what version the client is. If you cannot run db2level on the server, just bring up the "Command Window" and connect to the database. It should tell you what version the server is at when you successfully connect.
