Also DB2 UDB v9.1 for z/OS is available for download since June:

With an even higher compatibility with DB2 v9 for L/U/W than before!

Just a minor update on this:
The release date for "DB2 9 for z/OS" is not announced yet, but will most probably be "in the first quarter of 2007".
(Citing an IBM insider at IDUG today.)
