problem in accessing the tablespace

I am not able to reset the table space which is quiesce exclusive mode. I have tried all the possible. Db is hosted on windows NT and the version is 7.1

Did you restart the DB2 instance?

I have tried the option of restarting the DB instance but still no luck.

Generally when you get the message "An internal error occurred" you are instructed to call IBM support for resolution. But DB2 version 7 is no longer supported by IBM. Sorry, but I don't have a solution.
