eror log

do you mean : db2diag.log ?
this is located by default in ../sqllib/db2dump (unix)
../sqllib/instancename/ (windows)
do : db2 get dbm cfg <--- check diagpath = location of db2diag.log

Some further queries - How many types of error logs are there in DB2?
If a Backup Job fails I get an email backup failed, as a DBA how can i move further to see the detail error..? In SQL Server we use to see through job history & sqlserver error log Is there any kind of similar error log in DB2?

I hope you also finished the db2 training - it should be a mandatory prereq before coming to a forum to understand at least what you are doing.
all messages are in diag.log or in db2dump directory - there are no sysibmadm views for this - you can extract complete messages from diaglog with db2diag tool
db2diag - db2diag logs analysis tool
