how can I get the service pack applied to my DB2 database?

there are information in the help > About in my db2 server that reads like this::

By 'service pack' it would refer to 'FixPaks'.

If you are on AIX/Unix/Linux

Just run the installFixPak -a (for apply)

Or use Smitty.
