Hi All,
I want to know how can I connect to my DB2 server, and let some databases run properly where as keep others un-available from the general users.

Also how can I force connected users to disconnect as in oracle.

Is there any command where I can connect to a database as an DBA but others can not access it??

When I connect to a database using

Connect to <database_name>
it be comes open to all

You need to tell us you OS and DB2 version.

1) look in the COmmand reference for QUIESCE DB

2) look in Command Reference for FORCE

3) See number 1
