Compile times of queries

Hi all,

I'm working on DB2 UDB for AIX 8.2 FP 10. I got a problem with compile times of queries. The queries are generated by Cognos Series 8 and look quite difficult. We are running them under optimizatin level 7. When MQT's are used the execution times are less than 1 second but the compile time 20 seconds.
Has anybody a idea what*s wrong or if this is OK?
